Spark of Spirit is pleased to offer a Layaway Program
for our clients. This is how
it works:
1.
Layaway is available on any order that totals
$20.00 or more.
2.
Initial deposit must be at least 20% of the
total. The entire 20% deposit must be received before the item will
be pulled from stock.
3.
Spark of Spirit will hold layaway items for
a period of no more than 60 days.
4.
Only 2 open layaways at any given time.
5.
One item may be added to an open layaway.
A 20% deposit will still need to be paid.
The layaway hold time will not change.
6.
Items placed on layaway will not be displayed
or offered for sale during this time.
7.
Layaway may be cancelled within fourteen days
of receipt of deposit. After fourteen days a $10.00 service charge will
be deducted from the refund. Refund will be in the form of a merchandise
credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
8.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
9.
Upon receipt of layaway deposit, Spark of
Spirit will issue a layaway confirmation receipt stating date placed
on layaway, amount due, and final payment due date.
10.
Any layaway not paid in full within the 90
day period will be placed back into stock unless other arrangements
have been made. A refund minus a $25.00 service charge will be issued
in the form of a merchandise credit for all layaways not picked up.
11.
Payment must be made in full before any items
will be shipped.
12.
Items purchased may be returned within 10
days for a full refund minus a $25.00 service charge (assuming items
are in the same conditions as when sold). All refunds will be issued
in the form of a merchandise credit.
13.
Layaways must be initiated at the store location.
Payments can be made at the store by cash or credit card or over
the phone with a credit card.
14.
Layaway pricing does not include shipping
or handling charges.
15.
By putting an item on layaway and making a
deposit, you agree to these terms. |

If there is something special you want to purchase but need a few days, we will be happy to place it on hold for 48 hours. You will need to pay for the item in full within 48 hours to avoid it being put back on the sales floor. |
